Mother’s Day LASIK Giveaway by the Eye Institute of Utah

The Eye Institute of Utah will be giving away four free LASIK procedures to Mothers as a tribute to them for Mother’s Day.
“Mothers are the fabric that holds our community together. They sacrifice their own time and resources for the good of their family and friends. We are honored to give back to them as a way of saying thank you.” Comments Dr. Robert Cionni, Medical Director at The Eye Institute of Utah.
Entries must be received by April 29, 2011.
Surgeries will be performed on May 6, 2011 at The Eye Institute of Utah located on 755 East 3900 South in Salt Lake City, Utah.
