Can You Treat Conjunctivochalasis With High-Frequency Radio-Wave Electrosurgery?

In the latest issue of Ophthalmology, Dr. Choi describes a very simple method forĀ getting good results treating conjunctivochalasis. Using a small handheld high-frequency radio-wave electrosurgical unit, he quickly shrinks excess conjunctiva in a horizontal pattern. No excision. I like to use mattress sutures to tack the conjunctiva down to the sclera, but this looks even easier. Not sure if my surgery center has this gizmo, though.
