How To Handle Overhanging Bleb- Just Cut It

Glaucoma Today:  Dr. Palmberg discusses what I have seen elsewhere (I think one Youtube)- a large overhanging bleb causing cosmetic issues and decreased vision can simply be handled by trimming it. Remarkably, it doesn’t leak. It demonstrates that the bleb is not like a balloon- it usually is a complicated honeycomb of tissue, and therefore parts can be excised without leakage.
