A truly remarkable case report. A woman presented with pigmented clouding of the posterior capsule causing blurred vision. It turns out this was the first evidence of metastatic spreading of malignant melanoma (she had the cancer excised off her arm many years prior). This is truly the rarest of rarest of circumstances.
