Does Lucentis Help in Treating Central Retinal Vein Occlusion?

An article in AJO demonstrates conclusively that Lucentis injections starting at monthly intervals for the first 3 months improved vision significantly in patients with macular edema secondary to CRVO. This confirms a previous study. It’s nice to finally be able to offer these patients hope.

it depends on how many injections you got, for what condition, and the viability of your retina. i cannot help you more than that- you must go back to the ophthalmologist and be re-evaluated, and get a a second opinion.
I had kenacort lucentis injection last year, but still up to now no improvement on my sight. What do ido please
