Ok kids- when you are asked at the boards to list the differential for crystalline retinopathy, in addition to Tamoxifen, Bietti’s and talc, add Kenalog. In Archives, the authors noted fine crystals in the posterior pole in those patients who received multiple intravitreal injections of Kenalog. No change in vision.
