Is there any sort of herbal remedy for a 70 year old man suffering from a macular hole that can relieve minor symptoms such as excessive tearing?

    Are you asking if the herbal remedies can help the macular hole or tearing?

    I am unaware of any supplement, herbal or otherwise, that can help a macular hole.

    Tearing can have many, many causes; dryness, allergy, blepharitis being the most common.

    I would suggest an examination, at least for the tearing.
