Use an Angiogram to Diagnose Third Nerve Palsy?

It is my understanding that angiograms, that have a morbidity and mortality rate of about 1-1.5%, are no longer considered standard of care, and not worth the risk. In cases of low suspicion, one can probably get away with MRA which can detect about 95% of aneurysms.  In cases of higher suspicion, spiral CTA is considered just as good as conventional angiography. I am curious what other ophthalmologists are doing these days
