EyeNet: Not only fibrin glue, which is so wonderfully fast and effective in pterygium surgery and is now my technique of choice, but newer bioadhesives are coming down the pipe, including OcuSeal, ReSure and biodendrimers. I am convinced that we will look upon sutures 50 years from now as Dr. McCoy looked upon the evacuation of subdural hematomas- utterly barbaric.
