Is Genipin Better Than Riboflavin in Corneal Crosslinking for Keratoconus?

Genipin may be a molecule which is better than riboflavin and does not require UV light in corneal cross-linking, a new procedure to help keratoconus. A study was presented at ARVO. Cross-linking is certainly generating increasing interest, as it appears to be non-invasive, effective and safe.
