Does Alphagan Work At Night to Lower IOP?

This month’s Ophthalmology: IOP was measured during a 24 hour cycle, and it turns out that Alphagan did not lower IOP when patients were asleep. Go figure- something to think about when patient’s glaucoma continues to progress despite good IOP in the office.
