Are Disposable 23g Vitrectomy Instruments Better?

I have read many articles about the pros and cons of 20g vs 23 g (sutureless) vitrectomy, and now I am reading about the cost/benefit analysis of using disposable 23g instruments vs. reusable 20g instruments. I wonder if the retina boys can chime in here with their experience.
