What Are Available Treatments for Patient With Floater and Dry AMD?

After being diagnosed with a floater recently, he also noted I have one spot of Macular Degeneration (dry). I am on antidepressants and have been for 10 years. Is there anything I can take, either over the counter or other therapy to help my eyes? What are the chances, if known, that I will have continuing problems?
