Anyone Ever Encounter Unilateral Apraxia?

In June’s Ophthalmology, a syndrome called unilateral apraxia is described where patients are unable to open one eye- complete ptosis, which is temporary, and the patients are completely normal neurologically. The patients typically have to pry their lids open in the morning, and once open, the lids function normally.
