Avastin Helpful in Pterygium Surgery

AJO: A subconjunctival injection at time of surgery was safe and effective in pterygium surgery. The series only had 10 patients, so I wouldn’t jump on this just yet, but since it’s likely to be so benign, I would consider it in the more complicated cases.
