Is it Okay to Observe Patients at Low Risk For Ocular Hypertension?

The new OHTS study in Archives confirmed in practice what it suggested years ago- that it’s OK to observe those with ocular hypertension at low risk , and that it’s probably smart to treat those at high risk.  They monitored those who were initially treated in the OHTS study to those who were initially watched and then switched to treatment. Bottom line remains the same.
