LASIK for Child With Lattice Degeneration, Myelinated NF, and Amblyopia?

My daughter has on Right eye (-)0.9 SPH, -0.3 CYL 30 Axis &Retina specialist has comment “Diffuse areas of lattice degeneration+myelinated NF & Amblyopia.” Some have advised not to go for Lasik due to Improper pressure on retina (no refractive surgery advisable) whereas some suggest to correct the vision up to (_)0.2 after verifying. Is lasik advisable or of more risk?
