Is Intravitreal Injection of Kenalog Helpful in Treating CRVO or BRVO?

A major article in Archives this month demonstrated improved vision in CRVO with 1 mg intravitreal injection of Kenalog, but none in BRVO. Increasing the dose to 4mg did not improve the results. This issue has been debated for a long time, and it’s wonderful to have such an excellent study finally putting the issue to rest.
