What Do You Think of This Toric IOL Tip?

It might be a good idea to create 2 paracenteses. Once the IOL is in the bag and rotated short of the desired position by about 2 clock hours, remove the viscoelastic with bimanual I/A, keeping one instrument on the IOL itself to prevent it from rotating. Then, use the same instrument to rotate it, or, use a Sinsky hook while you keep the chamber maintained with irrigation. Dr. Devgan came up with a gizmo to mark the eye at the slit lamp using anterior stromal puncture which lasts about 2 weeks, so there is no need to mark the eye- anybody use it?
