Should Eye Doctors Sell Latisse?
June 21, 2009
I wonder if any ophthalmologists are giving rx’s for latisse, or are actually selling it in the office for profit. If the latter, how much profit is one making per bottle. Also, isn’t there a law againt selling prescription drugs unless one is a pharmacist?

I was sold Latisse at a spa (doctor owned) that was clearly marked “Professional Sample, not for resale.” Is this legal?
nope. latisse is by prescription only. and samples may not be sold by even doctors.
