How Should One Treat Iritis?

Posted By Dr. Ari Weitzner On May 22, 2009 @ 5:37 pm In Practice Tips | Comments Disabled

I have heard it several times from iritis specialists, and it works in my practice- when treating iritis, hit hard initially, like PF Q1h for a few days until it clears. Then, one can taper. To start, as many do, with q4h, will often cause the iritis to linger longer than necessary. Also, let’s be honest- if we order Q1h, we’re lucky if they take it Q2h or even Q4h, so it makes even more sense.
